Because our inventory consists of singular, non-replaceable items, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase is made. We encourage you to review all descriptions and photographs carefully. We are always available to provide additional images, dimensions, or videos of a piece prior to purchase to ensure it is the right fit for your project.

Damaged Goods

In the rare event that an item is compromised during transit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of both the packaging and the object. As a small business, we take these matters personally and will work directly with you to find a resolution.
