Berber terracotta storage vessel sourced from the High Atlas region of Morocco.
Hand-thrown with a rounded body, twin loop handles and a band of thumb-impressed decoration at the shoulder. The surface shows mineral deposits, firing variation and areas of dark glaze around the neck.
Originally used as a domestic storage vessel.
Minor variations in surface and form consistent with handmade pottery and age.
Decorative use recommended.
